Companies spend $8 billion a year on diversity training, according to consulting company McKinsey & Co., but experts say these organizations have little to show for it. Many have policies dictating that a certain number of women and people of color must be considered for all job openings. But is this enough?

During this webcast our panel will share what their companies and organizations are doing to shift from simply mandating diversity to creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Join us on Thursday, February 11th, for a panel discussion on why employers and governments need to focus on employing an equal, diverse, and inclusive workforce. The panel will examine leading practices on diversity, equity and inclusion. They will also discuss what steps employers need to take within their companies to attract such diversity for the future.
