Networking Workshop: Growing Your Network Confidence

The Delta Mu Delta Alpha Iota Chapter assisted the Athens State Career Development Center in sponsoring a university/community workshop entitled “Networking Workshop: Growing Your Network Confidence” on April 16, 2019.  This year, the Alpha Iota chapter partnered with the College of Education honor society, Kappa Delta Pi, and College of Business Society for Human Resources (SHRM) Student Chapter to sponsor the event.  Students learned how to create and strategically grow their professional network and crafted a professional introduction.  Guest speakers included Saralyn Mitchell, Director of Career Services; Dr. Gary Huckaby, College of Business Faculty; Dr. John Berzett, Delta Mu Delta Faculty Adviser and Faculty; and Dr. Letitia Bergantz, College of Education Faculty.
