Instructions for Chapters that HAVE NOT begun an induction cycle

  1. Obtain your list of eligible members from your school’s registrar’s office and process your membership list as usual but STOP BEFORE you create your invitations!
  2. EMAIL Delta Mu Delta at deltamudelta.org to request the OIS questionnaire.
  3. COMPLETE the questionnaire in its entirety and email back to DMD at dmd@deltamudelta.org
  4. Create your invitation based on the sample provided to you AND insert the ID code assigned in your response to Step 3 above.
  5. EMAIL your invitations to the eligible members.
  6. Membership kits will be shipped directly to the member at the address that they provide upon their membership acceptance.
  7. If the Faculty Adviser chooses the option to have chapter dues collected on the chapter’s behalf, please note that the dues collected for this service will be remitted back to the chapter within 15-20 days of the close of the induction cycle.

Your chapter may still want to hold an in-person induction reception or event, please feel free to do so. Just make sure to plan the event at a time where your health and safety are not compromised.
