Shon Barnwell (barnwellpublishing.com ) is an Air Force veteran, woman entrepreneur, minority-business owner, and DMD member.  She served in the Air Force for 25 years, reshaping organizations on five continents.  These duties exposed her to responsibilities affecting morale, welfare, resiliency, retention, recruitment and readiness.  Shon retired from the Air Force in 2014, becoming an entrepreneur, national speaker, and author of “Leadership is About Behavior, Not Titles.”
